Borrowing from the ideas presented in Walter Brueggemann’s book, “The Prophetic Imagination”, this blog endeavors to shine light on the ways in which life is being lived according to God’s script whenever possible, and to imagine-out-loud what that way of life might look like, even (or especially) when it seems impossible.

The Rev. Lacey Brown is ordained within the United Church of Christ and serves as the Pastoral Fellow at Central Congregational UCC in Atlanta, Georgia. The Rev. William Norman is ordained within the Presbyterian Church USA and serves as the Senior Minister of St. Johns UCC in Woodland, California. Lacey and Will met while attending Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, Georgia.
